Alaa Zein al-Abideen

Alaa Zein Al-Abideen, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Electrical Project Engineer at JEPCO since September 2019, specializing in technical systems. Previous experience includes roles as a Sr. Automation & Control Engineer at SETRA from January 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities involved evaluating specifications, preparing shop drawings, and managing contract documents. Alaa also worked as an Automation and Control Engineer at SUEZ environnement, focusing on the commissioning of automation systems for wastewater treatment, and served as an I&C and DCS Field Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, overseeing DCS activities for the Alkhalij Thermal Power Station in Libya. Additional experience encompasses positions at Samra Electric Power Company, Mechanical Engineers and Contractors, and various companies overseeing procurement, maintenance, and project engineering in instrumentation and control. Alaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Hashemite University.
