Scott Blum, Ph.D., PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the head of International UAS Standards at Jeppesen since June 2014, Scott has previously held key positions including Senior Manager at Denver International Airport and Special Assistant to the Vice Commander at the Air Force District of Washington. A former Director of Staff and Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the United States Air Force Academy, Scott's military background includes significant roles as Commander, Operations Director, and Evaluator Pilot in the US Air Force. Scott holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership, Research, and Policy from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Economics from the United States Air Force Academy.
