Stephan Koep

Stephan Koep has extensive experience in digital transformation and operations within Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, since April 1998. As a Digital Transformation Lead and Internal Business Coach, Stephan drives digital and cultural transformation initiatives globally, collaborating with leaders to enhance communication and empower teams. Prior roles include LEAN Practitioner and Business Process Analyst, where improvement opportunities were identified and sustained in work environments. Additionally, Stephan has led employee training across multiple Boeing sites, managed global training services, overseen Global Navigation Services, and directed Technical Customer Support. Prior to joining Jeppesen, a successful officer's career in the German Army included serving as a helicopter pilot. Stephan holds a Master's Degree in Surveying/Geodesy from the University of Deutsche Bundeswehr in Munich.
