Manojit Sen

Manojit Sen serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at JERA Global Markets since June 2022, while also working as an Executive Coach at Almitrs Coaching & Consulting and as an Angel Investor at Inflection Point Ventures since 2021. Previously, Manojit spent over two decades at Shell, concluding as the Global Head of HR for Lubricants Supply Chain, where responsibilities included leading the People strategy for a $10 billion business across 42 manufacturing plants. Additional roles at Shell included Global Head of Learning for Trading & Supply and HR Manager for various divisions. Earlier experience includes positions at Coca Cola India as Compensation and Benefits Manager and at Marico Limited as Plant HR Manager. Manojit is currently pursuing a Global Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the Swiss School of Business and Management, complemented by advanced diplomas in Digital Transformation and Innovation, as well as certifications in Scrum and coaching.
