Jessica Almeida is currently a Family Coach at Jeremiah Program. Jessica has previously worked as a Senior Program Mentor at Economic Mobility Pathways - EMPath, a Case Worker at The Home for Little Wanderers, and a Case Coordinator and Scheduler at Nizhoni Community Care and Nizhoni Health Systems respectively.

Jessica's passion for working with families began when they were young and saw the challenges their own family faced. This inspired their to pursue a career in social work, where they could help other families overcome similar challenges. Jessica has now been working in the social services field for over 10 years, and has helped countless families improve their lives.

Jessica is dedicated to their work and takes great satisfaction in seeing the positive impact it has on their clients' lives. Jessica is committed to helping families reach their full potential and lead happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
