Krista Schwartzott MPA PHR SHRM-CP is an accomplished professional with a robust background in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Benefits Management and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jericho Road Community Health Center since October 2010. In addition to these roles, Krista has been facilitating workshops for Lead Like Jesus since October 2016 and worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Hilbert College from September 2015 to October 2016. Krista holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Hilbert College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
