Francisco de Almeida is an accomplished executive with a strong background in digital innovation and business development, currently serving as the Digital & Innovation Director on the Executive Committee for Pingo Doce and previously holding the position of E-Commerce Director on the Executive Committee for Hebe - Health & Beauty. With expertise developed through leadership roles such as Business Development Director for Biedronka and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, Francisco is also recognized for founding and managing Leap - Business Accelerator. An MBA graduate from INSEAD, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Francisco has further enhanced their knowledge at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
