Lucia Rusinková

Lucia Rusinková is an experienced Training and Development Manager currently at Jerónimo Martins since January 2024. Previously, from November 2013 to May 2023, Lucia held various roles at DHL Supply Chain, including Consultant Culture & Transformation in Germany and Slovakia, focusing on the implementation of the Operations Management System and LEAN tools across multiple sites. As an RPM Implementation Manager, Lucia ensured successful performance tracking tool deployments and provided training for site leaders. Additional experience includes managing extensive training projects and developing educational programs for Junior Achievement Slovensko, alongside previous roles in project management and quality assurance at Markwin and PQM, s.r.o. Lucia earned a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici.
