Larry Jernigan

Larry Jernigan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both martial arts instruction and aviation. Currently serving as Master Instructor at the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame since August 2014 and at The Karate University since January 1989, Larry has been recognized with the Multi-Discipline Master of the Year Award in 2016 and the Martial Arts Master of the Year Award in 2014. Larry also works as an Information Systems Consultant for Jerry Durant Auto Group since May 2013. Prior roles include serving as B767 Captain at Omni Air International and Training Captain at Caribbean Airlines Ltd., with over three decades of experience as a Captain at American Airlines across various aircraft. Larry Jernigan is a retired Commander from the US Navy and has previously served as a pilot in the United States Air Force. Education includes a Master’s degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
