Chris Ambler

Chris Ambler has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris started their career in 1993 as an Operations Shift Manager at Zeneca/ICI. Chris then worked at The BOC Group plc where they held roles as Global Process Manager and Audit Manager & Account Manager. In 2001, they joined Marakon Associates as a Senior Consultant. Chris went on to work at Centrica plc as the Head of Strategy - British Gas Business and Fiberweb plc as the Corporate Development Director. In 2012, they became a Non-Executive Director at Santander Private Banking. Chris also served as a Non-Executive Director at Foresight Solar Fund Limited and Apax Global Alpha Limited. Since 2008, they have been working as the Chief Executive of Jersey Electricity plc. Overall, Chris Ambler has held various leadership and consultant positions throughout their career.

Chris Ambler completed their Master of Engineering degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge from 1988 to 1992. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Strategy from INSEAD.
