Joe Moynihan is currently the Director at World Alliance of International Financial Centers (WAIFC) while also serving as the Chief Executive (CEO) of Jersey Finance. Previously, Joe has held various roles such as Chief Executive Officer at RAK International Corporate Centre and Lead Consultant at the Ministry of Finance, Rwanda. With a strong background in financial services and a degree in MBA from Hult Ashridge, Joe has played significant roles in the development and promotion of financial services in various organizations throughout their career.
