Previously, Alexis worked at HSBC for over a decade, holding various roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Head of HR for Wealth and Personal Banking in the UK, Head of HR for Europe, Chief of Staff for Global HR, Head of Development for Functions in Europe, and Academy Head for Functions in Europe. Before joining HSBC, Alexis worked at McDonald's as a Corporate Training Consultant, Chief of Staff for HR, Senior Customer Services Manager, and Operations - Restaurant Manager. Alexis holds a Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, University of London and a Level 7 Managing Organisational Learning and Knowledge from CIPD.
