Drew Livingston

Drew Livingston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services, policing, and governance. Currently serving as Supervisor of the Fund Services Business Team at the Jersey Financial Services Commission since November 2019, Drew oversees day-to-day interactions with supervised entities and previously acted as an Examiner leading critical examinations in various sectors. In addition, Drew holds the position of Centenier and Chef de Police with the Grouville Honorary Police, managing a team dedicated to public safety. As a Director and Company Secretary for Jersey Battle of Flowers (Parades) Limited, Drew focuses on governance and legal compliance to preserve the cultural heritage of the Island. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at Intertrust Group and Elian Global, where Drew developed expertise in structured finance, and extensive experience was gained in administrative capacities at Ogier Fiduciary Services. An alumnus of the University of Cambridge with a degree in Geological Sciences, Drew also has a foundation in charity management through a role at the Cambridge University Students' Union.
