Joseph Malaro

Joseph Malaro is a Software and Systems Engineer at Jersey Microwave since September 2014, specializing in developing systems for the production, testing, and quality control of microwave devices, as well as implementing environmental stress tests to meet military and commercial standards. Concurrently, Joseph has served as an instructor at East West Karate Academy since 2002, focusing on teaching and mentoring students across various age groups while employing effective time and personnel management strategies. Previous experience includes an internship as Assistant Project Manager at Port Morris Tile and Marble Corp, where responsibilities involved managing communication with contractors and organizing project files, as well as roles as an Apprentice Technician at Route 46 Nissan and an Apprentice Electrician at RSK Electric, acquiring skills in automotive diagnosis and electrical installations. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Engineering/Physics from Sussex County Community College.
