Achraf Hallaoui

Achraf HALLAOUI is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in the chemical and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Construction Manager at JESA S.A since March 2018, overseeing on-site construction functions and site safety systems. Previously, at BUZZICHELLI MAROC from October 2008 to February 2018, Achraf held multiple senior management roles, including Chemical Projects Department Manager, where responsibility encompassed project oversight in a phosphoric acid chemical plant, and various project and technical management positions that involved tender preparation and maintenance supervision in diverse environments across West Africa. Achraf holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in Morocco.
