Najib Benfares

Najib Benfares has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Najib started their career as a Project Engineer at CED in 2003 and later worked as an Infrastructures and Projects Manager at Novartis from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Lafarge as a Projects Manager, and then moved to STROC INDUSTRIE in 2010, where they worked as a Projects Manager/ ICA. Since 2012, Najib has been with JESA S.A, initially starting as a Project Control Manager/ Project Manager. Najib then served as Manager of the Estimating Department from 2014 to 2018 and Director of Cost Control from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Project Controls at JESA S.A.

Najib Benfares has a diverse education history. Najib completed an Executive MBA with a focus on project management in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they also founded AACE Morocco. Additionally, Najib holds a degree as an Ingénieur d'Etat from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Further, they earned a specialized Master's degree in Management des Systèmes Industriels from INSA, Lyon. Najib also holds a PMP certificate in Project Management. Najib has completed the ERP3 program from SGOF- Strasbourg. In terms of their secondary education, they attended Ecole Royale de l'Air (CRPTA) in Marrakech.
