Before their roles at PCM Consulting, Jessica worked at Delta Children as a Senior Graphic Designer and earlier as a Graphic Designer. Jessica also has experience as a Graphic Designer Specialist at Seven Twenty Nine Media.

Jessica began their career at JESCO Lighting as the Lead Graphic Designer and later worked at Reed Business Information NL as an Editorial Assistant and Graphic Designer. Jessica also had internships at Brooks Brothers, Penguin Publishing Group, Good Housekeeping Magazine, and American Spa Magazine.

Jessica B. started their education in 2002 at York College of the City University of New York. Jessica pursued a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Graphic Arts. Jessica completed their studies there in 2004. Following that, they attended The City College of New York from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Electronic Design & Multimedia.
