Mike DeCamp is the Owner & Operations Director at Jester Concepts, a restaurant group that includes several high-end restaurants in Minneapolis, MN. Mike has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, starting as a Chef de Partie at NoMi in April 2002. Mike then moved to La Belle Vie in October 2005, where they were the Chef de Cuisine for ten years. In 2015, they left La Belle Vie to start Borough & Parlour Bar, and then P.S. Steak. Mike currently oversees all operations for Jester Concepts.
