Rachel Thomson is an experienced leader in program implementation, strategy, and consulting, currently serving as the General Manager for Program Implementation, Research and Evaluation at Jesuit Social Services. At Jesuit Social Services, Rachel oversees The Men’s Project, which focuses on promoting respectful and accountable behavior among boys and men. Rachel has also acted as Executive Director, contributing to strategic priorities during leadership transitions. Previously, Rachel held significant roles at Australia Post as Head of Consumer Services Strategy and Innovation, at Right Lane Consulting as a Senior Associate, and at Better Place Australia as Manager of Strategy and Capital Raising. Early career experiences include roles at McKinsey & Company, the Parliament of Western Australia, and the United States Congress. Rachel holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Relations, and in Economics from The University of Western Australia.
