Cynthia Barbosa

Cynthia Barbosa is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience across various roles in event management and administration. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Jet Aviation since June 2021, Cynthia previously worked as an Assistant Lead at Creative Happens Events, coordinating wedding events and managing timelines. At Screen Engine/ASI LLC, Cynthia held multiple positions, including Screening Events Manager, where responsibilities included scheduling staff for significant events, and Production Manager, overseeing local and international projects. Earlier roles include Office Manager at New Box Solutions LLC, Production Coordinator/Research Associate at C4 R&D, and several management positions in the hospitality industry. Cynthia holds an Associate of Science in Graphic Design from Brooks College and a certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant from Everest College-Alhambra.
