Karen Bobrovsky

Karen Bobrovsky is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and human resource management. Currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Jet Aviation since December 2019, Karen previously managed all HR functions at Wellborn + Wright from September 2017 to December 2019. Karen's career began at HCA in 1995 as a Recruiter, progressing over two decades to hold prominent positions, including Director of Human Resources at Retreat Hospital and Division Director of Total Rewards & Analytics for 16 hospitals across multiple states. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from American University.
