Luke Hallam is an experienced program and project manager with a career spanning over two decades in diverse sectors, including defence, energy, and aviation. Currently serving as the DEAP Program Manager at Jet Aviation since March 2020, Luke has previously held key positions at Marops, Beca Applied Technologies, APA Group, ElectraNet, Nova Systems, and Saab Systems. Expertise includes managing complex software and hardware integration projects, conducting acceptance testing of airborne systems, leading project managers through high-governance environments, and delivering innovative solutions in regulated and unregulated settings. Luke possesses advanced educational qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Project Management, a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and various certifications in science and technology commercialisation.
