Jesse Baker

Jesse Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jesse is the founder and CEO of JET Hospitality, a vacation rental provider that quickly became a premier choice in Seattle. Jesse also founded and led Jet City Capital Management, which grew from an initial investment of $8,000 to over $1 million in real estate equity. Jesse is the co-founder and CIO of RedNell Ventures, where they focus on infill development investment opportunities in the Puget Sound region. Additionally, they are the principal of pacNW tinyhomes LLC, a custom tiny home manufacturer. Jesse has a background in construction management and consulting as the general contractor for Jet City Builders LLC. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, they worked as a vice president and commercial appraiser at Kidder Mathews and held managerial roles at Cintas. Jesse also has experience as an analyst and property manager at University City Development Group.

Jesse Baker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration and Real Estate from Cornell University from 2005 to 2009. In February 2020, Jesse also obtained a certification as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from the Washington State Department of Licensing.
