Shawnna Innis

Shawnna Innis has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Youth Care Worker at Uta Halee Girls Village until 2005. Following that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at ABH Addiction & Behavioral Health Services, Inc from 2005 to 2012.

Shawnna then joined American Title, Inc. in 2010 and worked in multiple roles, including Subject Matter Expert - Recordings, Operations Manager, and Business Process Analyst.

In 2015, they moved to Title365 and held positions such as Senior Account Executive, Agile Product Owner, and AVP, Account Management.

Currently, Shawnna is working at Jet Linx since 2020, where they have progressed from Business Process Analyst to Business Solutions Manager and Director of Business Solutions. Shawnna is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Solutions & IT.

Shawnna Innis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Bible Studies from Grace University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued General Education in Secondary Education at Pikes Peak State College from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas, including Engagement and Productivity, Team Performance, Leadership and Management, Talent Optimization, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
