Judith Harris Kobin

Judith Harris Kobin has extensive experience in customer relationship management and sales order processing. Currently serving as Channel Admin at Jet Global since December 2011, Judith has developed a strong understanding of customer requirements, created training modules, maintained accurate sales orders in the ERP system, and managed inquiries across various platforms including Microsoft Navision, CRM, and Salesforce. Prior to this role, Judith was a National Account Sales Representative at Daimler Trucks North America from August 1998 to October 2008, where contributions included the development of an automated process for managing truck sales orders, resulting in a significant reduction in manufacturing errors.
