Kyle Frobisher

Kyle Frobisher currently serves as an Emergency Response Co-ordinator at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since March 2022, focusing on managing responses to significant emergency situations. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Crew Control Co-ordinator within the Jet2 Operations Control Centre and started in the aviation industry as a Passenger Service Agent. Additionally, Kyle has experience with West Yorkshire Police and served as a Health Advisor with Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, where skills in communication, teamwork, and customer service were enhanced. Previous roles also include a Kitchen Porter at Bronte Hotel and customer-focused work experience at NatWest. Kyle is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Buckinghamshire New University and holds a Level 3 BTEC in Aviation Operations from the Aviation Academy at Leeds Bradford Airport.
