Paul Ritchie

Paul Ritchie is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in safety, compliance, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Safety, Compliance and Security at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since January 2020, Paul previously held the position of Director of Group Maintenance Safety, Quality and Standards at Thomas Cook Airlines Limited, where transformational change in processes occurred. A significant career at Thomas Cook Group involved roles such as General Manager of Quality and Training and Technical Training Manager, overseeing both maintenance and training operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Monarch Airlines as a Contract Licensed Aircraft Engineer and British Airways as an Aircraft Engineer, complemented by an MBA in Project Management and a BSc in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
