Simon Fisher

Simon Fisher is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as General Manager - Talent Acquisition (Technical) at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since October 2012, Simon specializes in recruiting for Flight Deck and Engineering roles across Northern UK bases, overseeing advertising, assessment, and interviews for various recruitment needs. Prior to this role, Simon held positions such as Pilot Recruitment Manager and Recruiter within the same company. From February 2005 to October 2012, Simon worked at Hays as a Manager, leading end-to-end recruitment processes for several large corporate clients and mastering account management while overseeing a team of consultants.
