Andres Sandoval

Andres Sandoval is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in flight operations and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Flight Operations at JetBlue Airways since October 2009, Sandoval previously held the position of Chairperson of the Operations Council for Airlines for America from 2011 to 2014. Prior experience at JetBlue Airways includes serving as Base Chief Pilot at JFK from May 2004 to November 2007. Earlier in career, Sandoval served as Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy from 2002 to 2006. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies (2017-2019) and attendance at the Naval Postgraduate School (1993-1994), as well as a degree from UC Irvine (1982-1987).
