Pearl Chin

Pearl Chin is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in managing employee benefits and retirement plans. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at JetBlue Airways since October 2010, Pearl oversees the day-to-day operations of 401(k) retirement plans for approximately 24,000 employees. Prior to this role, Pearl worked as a Benefits Manager at ASCAP from 1994 to 2002, handling a significant budget exceeding $10 million while leading benefits programs for 550 employees. Pearl's expertise includes directing budgeting processes, analyzing benefits costs, managing compliance reporting, and developing educational resources for employee benefits. An alumnus of Barnard College with a BA in Psychology and Economics, and an MBA in Finance/International Business Management from NYU Stern School of Business, Pearl combines a strong educational background with practical experience in benefits management.
