Natalia Chisler

Natalia Chisler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Natalia started their career at ANCOR in 2003 as a Senior IT&Telecom consultant and continued in the same role until 2007. Natalia then joined AVANTA Personnel as a Senior IT&Telecom consultant from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they moved to Teknavo and served as the Chief Recruitment Officer until 2010. Natalia then joined JetBrains as an HR Director from 2010 to 2018, where they created and implemented a company-wide People strategy. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at JetBrains, working directly with the CEO and other top management. Natalia has successfully completed various projects, including employee relocation, opening HR operations in different countries, and significant hiring processes.

Natalia Chisler earned their Master's degree in HRM from the North-West Academy of Public Administration, where they studied from 1995 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they attended school 239 and focused on Mathematics.
