Alaina Schiano, MSME has a diverse work experience. Alaina started their career in 2013 as a Sales Associate at RadioShack. In 2014, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at WSP in the USA twice. In 2015, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and as a Teaching Assistant/ Lab Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at R.W. Sullivan Engineering and Capgemini Engineering. Currently, they are a Program Engineer at JETCOOL Technologies Inc.

Alaina Schiano, MSME, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2015. Alaina then went on to receive their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health in March 2012.
