Karen Bishop

Karen Bishop is an experienced project manager and quality engineering professional with a strong background in software quality assurance and project management in the technology and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Jetfile Technologies Inc. since January 2024, Karen previously held the position of Manager, Quality Engineering at RT Specialty, where responsibilities included overseeing the quality of SaaS web applications and managing a team of quality engineers. Throughout a career spanning over 19 years, Karen has developed expertise in quality assurance engineering, agile methodologies, and team leadership in various organizations, including Myron Steves, Vertafore, and The Active Network. Karen holds a BA in Mathematics from Whitman College and has further education from the University of Washington and a semester abroad at the University of St Andrews.
