Ryan Pantalunan has been working in customer support since 2013. Ryan began their career at Ryzen Solutions as a Quality Assurance for Samsung in 2013. In 2014, they joined Vaco as an Encoding Technician and Quality Assurance for Google Play. In 2019, they moved to Shadow as a Help Desk Specialist, where they authored an agent knowledge base of internal standard operating procedures. In 2021, they joined MURAL as a Customer Support Technical Specialist, helping indoctrinate people to a space that fosters ideas, concepts, and collaboration. Ryan is currently employed at JetInsight as a Customer Support Associate.

Ryan Pantalunan attended San Jose State University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, and Film.
