Ronald Xavier started their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at UAE Exchange. In 2016, they interned at Royal Enfield. In 2017, Ronald worked as a Management Trainee at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., followed by a role as an Assistant Store Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. Ronald then joined BYJU'S in 2018 as a Business Development Associate, where they built sales strategies and techniques, met with prospective clients, generated leads, and maintained customer relationships. Ronald took on various roles at BYJU'S, including Product Specialist, Team Lead - User Experience, and Assistant Manager - User Experience. Currently, they are working at JetLearn as an Operations Team Lead, overseeing daily operations, distributing work among team members, and maintaining performance levels.
