Jennifer "Jaki" Johnson has a long and varied work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as a Staff Trainer/Procedure Coordinator for Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates. In 2006, they joined CBS Radio as a V-103 AUC Reporter, Ryan Cameron Show Shadow Producer, and Newsroom Intern. The following year, they took a contracted role as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Cox Radio Interactive, and also began working at Cumulus Media as a Blazin 92.3-On-Air Entertainment Reporter and Steve Harvey Morning Show Syndicated Producer. In 2009, they moved to Cox Radio as a Kiss 104.1 - On-Air Feature Reporter. In 2011, they took a contracted role as an Ads Quality Rater with Google. Finally, in 2014, they became a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines. Most recently, in 2021, they founded WellMiss, a Techstars venture-backed company that provides trauma-informed holistic and integrative care for women on their trauma healing and well-being journey.
Jennifer "Jaki" Johnson has a diverse educational background. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Women's Studies from Spelman College in 2011. In 2018, they earned a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Johnson also obtained a Certification in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University in 2020. Additionally, Johnson is a Chopra Certified Health Instructor from Chopra Global.
