Alejandro Cardone

Alejandro Cardone currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards, Talent Management & People Analytics at JetSMART Airlines since February 2023, previously holding a similar title focused on Organizational Design. Prior to this, Alejandro worked at Walmart Chile as the Director of People Business Partner from February 2021 to January 2023. Alejandro’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at LATAM Airlines, where responsibilities encompassed contact center management and HR business partnership, as well as positions at ExxonMobil and Citi that focused on global mobility, staffing, and training. Alejandro holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Universidad de Belgrano, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Escuela Argentina de Negocios.
