Jane McNab

Jane McNab possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, primarily with Jetstar Airways since February 2013. Currently serving as Manager of Technology Portfolio and Planning, Jane has previously held key roles such as Manager of Airport Customer Services, where leadership focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences through technology and process improvements. Additionally, Jane has contributed strategically as Manager of Innovation and has led a team as Digital Experience Manager, driving revenue and customer satisfaction across digital initiatives. Jane began her career at Hotham Skiing Company as a Marketing Assistant and gained legal administrative experience at McNab McNab & Starke Lawyers. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and Linguistics and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, both from Monash University.
