Jennifer Perricelli-Rice has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the aviation industry. Jennifer started their career as a Ticket Counter Agent at American Airlines in 1999 and then moved on to roles such as Customer Service Manager, Passenger Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Manager of Ramp Services in different locations.

In 2011, they became the General Manager of Kansas City, where they oversaw a team of 15-100+ staff and managed all operations for daily departures. Jennifer also conducted joint leadership team meetings with vendor partners and other airline general managers.

From 2014 to 2020, Jennifer served as the Manager of Cabin Appearance Solutions at American Airlines, where they led a team responsible for establishing global aircraft cabin standards. Jennifer also managed relationships with vendors and conducted site visits to ensure compliance.

In 2020, they joined Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as a Terminal Experience Manager, where they guided a staff of 10 and managed relationships with various stakeholders to provide a superior customer experience.

In 2022, Jennifer took on the role of Project Manager at CAET Project Management Consultants, LLC, where they managed projects related to airlines, airports, and quick-serve restaurants.

Most recently, Jennifer has become the Director of Safety, Training, and Compliance at Jetstream Ground Services.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Jennifer Perricelli-Rice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Communications from Duquesne University. Jennifer also has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Ethics from the same university. In addition, they studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at the Universidad de Valladolid. Jennifer has obtained a certification in OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and Health from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2022.
