Michele McDuff

Michele McDuff SPHR currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Jetty Extracts, overseeing all aspects of people management across multiple brands in various states and countries. Previously, Michele held leadership roles at Kaia Health, directing the US HR team and building the global talent team after a substantial funding round, and at Ceres, where responsibility included developing a comprehensive talent program. With experience in technical recruiting at Facebook and a significant background in recruitment and HR functions across various industries, Michele has demonstrated expertise in scaling teams and enhancing employee experiences.
