Perla Domínguez

Perla Domínguez has a diverse work experience. Perla is currently working as the Chief of Culture and Innovation Officer at Jetz App, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Owner and Entrepreneur at Sano Bocado MX from September 2018. From July 2020 to July 2022, they worked at Vetta | Corporate Startup Generator as an Entrepreneur and Operations Hero. In this role, they designed new businesses, looked for business opportunities, and served as the leader of the operations team.

Before that, Perla worked at IBM as a UX & Design Thinking specialist from May 2017 to November 2018. Perla applied design thinking methodologies, conducted user research and usability testing, and integrated analytics into UX design and development. Additionally, they worked as an Engagement & Recruitment Talent from May 2015 to May 2017 at IBM.

Perla also has experience working at KPMG as a Human Resources Analyst from August 2013 to May 2015, where they fulfilled various HR responsibilities. Finally, they worked as a LAM Zone Human Resources Trainee at Sidel from October 2012 to May 2013. In this role, they were involved in organizational development, training proposals, and payroll administration.

Perla Domínguez's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Perla pursued a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, which they completed in 2013. During their time at ITESO, they also earned a Licentiate degree in Relaciones Industriales.

In 2017, Perla obtained a certification in IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM. The following year, they obtained several certifications from IBM, including IBM Bluemix - Practitioner Essentials, IBM Design Thinking Co-Creator, IBM Cloud Garage Method Explorer, IBM Cloud Garage Method Advocate, as well as certifications in Retail Industry Foundations and Banking Industry Foundations.

In 2021, Perla attended ThePower Business School for a short period and earned a Diploma of Education with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
