Matt H.

Matt H. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hydro-mechanical systems and flight control technologies. Currently serving as the Head of Hydro-Mechanical Systems at JetZero since October 2023, Matt leads the development of critical systems including flight control, landing gear, and hydraulics. Previously at Eaton for over a decade, Matt held multiple roles including Hydraulic System Lead and Product Line Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing product lines and driving new development initiatives, while also championing diversity and inclusion as a leader for Eaton Pride iERG. Earlier roles included Engineering Program Manager at GE, Flight Test Engineer at Boeing, and Mechanical Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Matt earned both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
