Lisa Grootscholten

Lisa Grootscholten is currently working as an HR-adviseur at Jeugdformaat since June 2023, providing advice to twelve managers in both care and operational sectors. Prior to this role, Lisa served as the Operational Manager for Zuid-West Nederland at Tempo-Team Specialties from August 2018 to June 2023, and progressed through various intercedent positions within the same company. Additionally, Lisa participated in Randstad Groep Nederland's management potential program, aimed at accelerating the development of high-potential individuals. Earlier experience includes serving as an Allround Manager at Winkeler Mode Naaldwijk B.V. and being a member of the EID Committee at UniPartners Rotterdam, which focuses on fostering entrepreneurship. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where graduation was achieved with cum laude honors, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution. Currently, Lisa is also enrolled in a Bachelor exchange program in Commerce at Queen's University.
