Mathieu Olivier

Mathieu OLIVIER has been serving as Rédacteur en chef adjoint en charge des investigations at Jeune Afrique since January 2012, specializing in journalism related to Cameroon, Gabon, and Niger, as well as conducting pan-African investigations. Mathieu also focuses on human rights and data visualization. Prior experience includes roles at Jeune Afrique as a journalist and social media manager, as well as various web journalism positions at France Soir, Le Journal du DImanche, Rue89, L'Express, L'Expansion, and La Voix du Nord. Mathieu holds a Master 2 in European Studies and International Affairs from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bac +3 in Journalism from Ecole de Journalisme et de Communication de Blagnac.
