Ousseynou Nar Gueye

Ousseynou Nar Gueye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various sectors, predominantly in media and communications. As the Founder of Axes & Cibles Com since January 2020, Ousseynou promotes local creation and global dissemination. Ousseynou also serves as an Author for Jeune Afrique and founded Tract - Quotidien en ligne du Sénégal, a digital independent media outlet. In addition, Ousseynou is the Director General of Global Com International, with past roles including consultant for the International Trade Centre and senior catalyst at CTIC Dakar. Ousseynou holds multiple certifications from prestigious institutions, including a DESS in Intercultural Relations from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and a certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the International Development Law Organization.
