Lesya Kasyan

Lesya Kasyan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and delivery management. Lesya is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at XME.digital solutions and JEVERA since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Gera-IT from 2020 to 2021.

Lesya's most significant role was as a CIO at Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group) from 2015 to 2020. In this role, they managed various IT functions and played a crucial role in IT strategy development, budget management, infrastructure optimization, and automation of business processes. Lesya successfully implemented projects like infrastructure renovation, customer experience management improvement, and integration of billing and CRM systems.
