Yevgen Kotukh

Yevgen Kotukh has a diverse work experience. Yevgen currently serves as the Chief Application Security Engineer at JEVERA. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and Tech Entrepreneur at Unlink VR. Yevgen also worked as the Chief Inventor at Mollusca and as the Chief Information Security Officer at Open Public Finance. Yevgen has also held positions as a Professor of Cybersecurity at the National Technical University of Ukraine and as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager at Vodafone. Yevgen has also worked as an Associate Professor of Cybersecurity at Sumy State University and the University of Customs and Finance. Additionally, Yevgen has experience as a Technical Program Manager at Ring and as a Program Delivery Manager at Human Dynamics in the public sector consulting field.

Yevgen Kotukh's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in 1997-2001. Yevgen also holds a Master's degree in AI from the same university in 2001-2002. Yevgen pursued their Master of Philosophy degree in Information Security, Information Security, and AI from the University of Wales in 2003-2005. Yevgen further obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Policy from the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine in 2010-2012. Yevgen completed an Executive Training Programme on European Integration and Cooperation from Diplomatische Akademie Wien in 2012. Yevgen then focused on a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Security from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in 2006-2016. Additionally, Yevgen earned a Doctor of Public Administration degree in Public Cybersecurity from the National Academy of Civil Defense in 2016-2022. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Science degree in Post-Quantum Cryptography from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in 2021-2023. Yevgen has also obtained certifications including the Cisco Digital Media Suite v5.2.3 from Cisco and the Fundamentals of Business Information Technology from the University of East London.
