Cindy Rapshus

Cindy Rapshus has over four decades of experience in the floral and produce sectors, significantly contributing to various companies in leadership roles. Currently, Cindy is involved in Produce Procurement at Jewel-Osco since April 2018. Prior positions include Senior Director of Business Development at The Roy Houff Company and Director of Floral, Produce Value Add, Nuts, and Snacks at Southeastern Grocers. Cindy has also served as VP of Business Development/Retail Consultant, overseeing customer and program development at Botanical Elements/Kennicott Brothers/Dahlstrom Visual Communications, and held several vice president roles at Temkin International and Colour Republic LLC. Earlier in their career, Cindy was VP of Floral Merchandising and Procurement at Albertsons/Supervalu/Jewel-Osco, after spending time managing floral operations at Dominicks and leading their own floral wholesaling company. Cindy holds an Associate of Science degree in Horticulture/Business from Triton College.
