Amy Smith

Amy Smith, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Jewelers Mutual Group, having previously held senior HR roles within the organization. Prior experience includes a Human Resource Business Partner role at Kimberly-Clark, where collaboration with leadership on strategic initiatives was a key focus, as well as significant contributions to organizational continuity. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Amy held various HR positions at Schneider, demonstrating expertise in associate development, staffing, and departmental restructuring, along with management experience in customer service and compliance roles. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
