Mark Halle

Mark Halle is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing user services and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Service Desk & End User Experience at Jewelers Mutual Group since February 2023, Mark has previously held significant roles, including Manager of Collaboration and Infrastructure Engineering at Thrivent Financial from May 2015 to January 2023, and Systems Engineering Consultant, Windows Platform, as well as Manager of Collaboration System Engineering at Dell from June 2011 to June 2015. Mark transitioned into retirement from the IT sector in March 2024.
